Self learning : Well, a lot have been said, we individual are governed by law of nature. The ratio of output of any thing and efforts required for the same is always in same proportion. We are the architect of ourself. When we start working on ourself , we get the optimum result, we start getting unique, we observe the real change, we are on a path of success. The power of self learning is the best technique ever that can take you to a path of success. Self learning is the key factor for self dependent. Self learning makes you a boss , you are the legend, you are the unique you. It make you that much potential to realize the real power within you. Your Brain is the store of knowledge which needed to be utilize by your side for getting a step ahead in your life. when we look upon the list of  many great person in our era like, Jeff Bezos, Mukesh Ambani, Elon musk ,they are the self learner. When we look up at their work we try to latch up with their frequency we try to do what they do, we try to go where they go. Self learning make you the real you. Learners always becomes a living but self learner becomes a legend.

What to learn? Any individual are always at the center and infinity extends in all direction . That means we can do anything at any time at any age in every conditions . For that we must learn first. We have the potential we can learn any thing as infinity extends in all direction from us ranging from  basic theory of evolution to  vast theory of relativity. The list of learning things cannot be finished.

How to make anything possible by learning? Learning is the best solution for any problem

The Key principle  to learn anything is Reading Books.  Almost all the books in the world have solution for all the problems in the world . So reading books make you active consistence and solve all your problem . Do you need to read all books? The answer is no. For example, if you want to learn about money , read the books those talk about money , If you want to score good marks in school , read those books that talk about skills to score high and you will get the solution. Reader are the leaders. Reading makes you a learner and learners are the earners.

The 80/20 Rule of study

The secret of achieving more with less


The 80/20 principle : In our competitive world, each individual have a choice to live a better life, to have more than other. In order to make up with this demand they work harder and harder. But this technique do not yield the expected results, A student learning for 8 hours may  not obtain good grades in exam, an employee working for 12 hours may not get the desired payscale as expected, a company owner may not get good margin according to the expense required by the company. There is always an disbalance in every circumstances in our life. For example if we look around the wealth, 80% of the wealth is with only 20% people across the globe ,on the other way only 20% of the total wealth is with  80% of the people. Similarly the top growing organization get 80% of the result on by 20% of the hard working employee. If we look across Stock market 20% of the country's population trade and rest 80% have no idea about it.  So the conclusion is, each circumstances in our life is in proportion of 80/20. The startup/organization/establishment/shops/business/ grows only when 20% of the efforts  contribute to 80% of result. This is the basic rule of every successful individual/ organization, etc.

This 80/20 principle is the secret of achieving more with less.

This principle can be applied in each and every field/aspects of our life. Here in this article we are going to discuss how this principle can be applied in studies to achieve more with less

Achieve Good marks with less efforts

Before Starting with studies , keep in mind you need to be more productive  in less time. Make this your goal , let say you want to learn first chapter of physics, so before that you should be well prepared with following conditions.

1) Minimize the distraction  and choose a  workplace 

2) Do a meditation atleast 10 minutes before starting and process a thought to your conscious mind that i want to learn more topic within 90 minutes and your subconscious mind will start processing the thought given by you to your conscious mind.( The power of your subconscious mind)

3) Start with a simple topic and set a timer for 90 min, Be consistent till 90 min keeping in mind that your are getting some output so that you will build a confidence. Make sure you do not waste time in just reading without understanding what most student do. 

Note: Take a topic that you have learned in college or class on the same day will make you more productive in very less time)

4) Take 20 minutes rest.

5) Again start with  another subject and be consistent for next 90 minutes and  map your output with your time and hola that's the result .

You re done now , repeat for  a week and be consistent and you will see you will start gaining more with less time.

That's the power of your subconscious mind.

Imphal: Two Scientist from Manipur namely Dr. Ningthoujam Raghumani and Prof. Rakesh Singh Kshetrimayum have been listed among the top 2% Scientists in the world.

The prestigious list was prepared by a team of scientists in the United States' Stanford University.


All the selection  was based on the citations of their research publications extracted from Scopus with data freeze as of May 6, 2020, assessing scientists for career-long citation impact up until the end of 2019.

Dr. Ningthoujam Raghumani ( M. Sc. in Chemistry from Manipur University in 1994 and was awarded Ph. D. in Chemistry from IIT Kanpur. He has published about 150 Papers in the refereed Journals, 5 Review Articles and 4 Book Chapters.

In recognition of his significant contributions to chemical science, he has been awarded Scientific & Technical Excellence Award, DAE 2012 and Young Achiever Award, SSPS 2010.


On the other hand Rakhesh Singh Kshetrimayum, FIET (UK), FIETE, SMIEEE (USA) is a Professor at the Dept. of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati.

Rakhesh Singh Kshetrimayum received the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and the B. Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, India.
