🚨 Important Admission Alert for All Students Appearing for Professional Courses in 2025!

The CAP Round-1 Allotment List has been officially released today – 28th June 2025 by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra.

This release includes:

• ✅ General CAP Quota Allotments

• ✅ Minority Quota Allotments

• ✅ Management Quota Allotments

• ✅ In-house Quota Allotments

👉 Students who participated in CAP counselling can now check their allotted college and proceed for admission confirmation.

🗓 Admission Schedule

📍 Reporting to Allotted College:
➡️ From 30 June 2025 (Monday)
➡️ Till 07 July 2025 (Monday), up to 6:00 PM

🛑 Failing to report before 6 PM on 7 July may result in the cancellation of your seat.

📥 How to Check Your Allotment?

1. Visit the official CAP portal: https://mahafyjcadmissions.in/landing

2. Login using your Application ID and Password

3. Click on “CAP Round 1 Allotment”

4. Download your Allotment Letter

5. Note the name and details of the allotted college and course

🧾 Documents Required at the Time of Admission

When you visit your allotted college, make sure to carry original documents + self-attested copies:

✅ CAP Allotment Letter
✅ CAP Application Form
✅ SSC & HSC Mark Sheets
✅ HSC Leaving Certificate
✅ Caste Certificate (if applicable)
✅ Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for OBC/NT/SBC – if applicable)
✅ Domicile or Nationality Certificate
✅ Aadhar Card
✅ Passport-size Photographs
✅ Additional documents (if applicable for Minority/Management/In-house quota)

📌 Students are advised to check their allotted college’s website or notice board for any additional document requirements.

💰 Fee Payment & Admission Confirmation

🎓 Once your documents are verified:

• Pay the prescribed admission fees (online/offline as per college rules)

• Collect the Admission Confirmation Receipt

Only after successful document verification and fee payment, your admission will be treated as confirmed.

💼 What If You Are Not Satisfied With Allotment?

🔁 You can still participate in CAP Round 2, but:

• You must choose “Freeze/Float” option in the CAP portal

• If you wish to retain the current allotment, choose “Freeze”

• If you are waiting for a better option in the next round, choose “Float”
  📍 Don’t forget to complete the formalities in current round to remain eligible!

🔹 Q. What if I miss the admission deadline?
📍 You may lose your allotted seat and will need to wait for further rounds (if eligible).

🔹 Q. Can I change the allotted college?
📍 Not in the same round. You can apply for an upgrade in CAP Round 2 by choosing the Float option.

🔹 Q. Will there be a Round 2 and 3?
📍 Yes, if seats remain vacant, CAP Round 2 and Institutional Round will be conducted.
