Adiabatic Process
It is a process which occurs when there is no exchange of heat between the system and surrounding i.e. heat of the system is constant(🛆Q =0). T When a balloon is punctured there is no time to exchange heat, the process is adiabatic in nature. Adiabatic process is a rapid process so that there is no time to exchange the heat.
